The WCYF is open to college youth from all over the world. Please be aware that all events will be conducted in English. |

| 02. What kind of activities will participants do? |

At the World Civic Youth Forum, those whose proposals are accepted will submit English-written papers about the key themes by March 20, 2009, and perform as discussants or moderators during the period for WCYF. And for those who participate in panels will attend keynote lectures and have discussion times by each session. |

World Civic Youth Forum is an international conference under the theme of "Global Issues of the 21st Century and the Role of College Youth." College youth gather from around the world to share and discuss the global issues of common concern such as peace, environment, development, human rights, gender, and culture, and search for the solution. |
